First, the back story: As you may or may not know, our wedding day fell on a key day of college basketball. First, the Gamecocks were set to travel to Rupp Arena in Kentucky, but, more important, North Carolina was slated to play NC State.

Okay, so I’ve been nice and not really said much about T-day in the Upstate. But, just to prove that I’m being a nice guy, I put on my investigative reporting hat, called up a few sources, talked to some people in the know.
So, after pounding the pavement, here it is — my list of potential candidates to replace Bowden up at clemson. These guys are top-of-the-line and are likely to talk with clemson about their opening.
So, I have made it back from the DEEP DEEP South. I have to say that was the gold standard of all road trips.
